We understand that you wish to protect your excess and premiums by paying off your damage bill – great move, this has a lot of benefits over making a claim.

We will ask you to complete a quick proposal form, where you propose to us, how you would like to settle this damage bill.  In order to proceed you will need your damage reference number and vehicle registration number.

It is important to be realistic with your proposal, we are here to help you but at the same time we are a functioning business.  We aim to have damages fully repaid in under 5 weeks, so bear this in mind when making your proposal.

It’s important to note that we don’t have to accept your proposal, by proposing to us you are asking us to help, and we will do everything we can to help – we do often accept reasonable proposals, however if we cannot agree on a plan which works for both sides, we will have to charge your nominated payment method for the full value – Don’t worry, if your first proposal isn’t accepted, we give you another shot!

So remember – under 5 weeks, be reasonable, be sensible and get your proposal accepted!
